Actually i quite hate 10 years cycle. On certain 10 years cycle sure to have something happen, regardless it is good or bad.

With Govt curtailing growth by reducing Companies availability to foreign workers, many SMA suffering. Some companies will relocate and those that can't will closing shop. This trend is expected to accelerate. HDB prices are trending down last couple quarters and the overall property trend is down. Construction is expected to slow. If Indos really cut their gas supply....

 

Those that are xenophobic will rejoice whilst the rest suffer. Hopefully less inflation though but don't expect food prices to be much cheaper as it is linked to oil price which stubbornly remains high.
