Cumzilla 4th Gear April 16, 2014 Share April 16, 2014 May I know why some drivers only like to filter in near the end of the filter lane when doing these turns? traffic condition is normal and is not like they are doing a last min switch also. For U-turns at those non traffic light junctions for example, they like to do this stunt with their vehicle body still at the centre of the filter line right at the turn, which will therefore cause obstruction to vehicles behind that are going straight on that fast lane, sometimes have to jam brake if they never siginal their intention. Issit for easier turning? but the opposite direction is a 3 or 4 lanes road, even a big lorry can do the u-turn with their whole vehicle body inside the filter lane ↡ Advertisement
Thaiyotakamli Supersonic April 16, 2014 Share April 16, 2014 Just get ur license is it? Its normal people tend to swerve abit when they do U turn be it small road or wide road. For small road you have to swerve left abit especially if your car longer so that you will have a swee swee U turn. If not u will end up stuck in U turn and cause obstruction in opposite lane. For wider road especially with 3/4 lanes, people will still swerve left abit. Why? Cos they don't want to take the 3rd or 4th lane. Doing U turn that taking up lane 3 or 4 is very dangerous compared to taking lane 1 or 2. Moreover U turn into lane 3 or 4 requires more time to execute. Especially if opposite road got cars travelling quite fast, then u really have to swerve abit. So my next tip to you, when you see a vehicle going to U turn in non traffic junction, just slow down in case the person swerve into your lane abit. Cumzilla 4th Gear April 16, 2014 Author Share April 16, 2014 did i mention swerve? i understand what u mean by the swerve manoeuvre, saw that quite often in U-turns, what i mean is a gradual filtering into a filter lane...

Beehive3783 Turbocharged April 17, 2014 Share April 17, 2014 I know what you mean. They are just lazy to turn their steering wheel and enter the filter lane. Turning the steering wheel a little little bit more "shun" mah May I know why some drivers only like to filter in near the end of the filter lane when doing these turns? traffic condition is normal and is not like they are doing a last min switch also.
