I am still on first tank. I have quarter more to burn. I am on 2WD. On our road 2WD is enough and less carbon.

I am going for my 1K servicing on Sat. My 3rd tank using manual calculation is 14.5 km/L There is no rear aircon on S-Cross .There is a central arm rest.

Where in Kallang Pudding? I have no idea on where to look for accessories and resorted to ordering some from Taobao.

The zebra print looked like the one in the showroom a few months I think.

This is website of the Kallang Pudding place (website is a bit slow because too many images):

Beware of sticker shock as expensive.

They have a showroom for you to take a look before you buy.  Staff seems quite knowledgeable.  You can check with them what may be best for your car.

The model in China is called 铃木锋驭. What are you looking for? Car visors, mudguard, antenna fin (same colour as car but I dunno how accurate the colour is), door scuff plates, roof edge spoiler, car mat etc. I think most of the stuff you can see in http://www.suzukicar.com.sg/accessories-scross can be found in Taobao.

Oh, I meant I saw a zebra print with a roof rack in the showroom if I remember correctly.

If roof rack for show only, Toabao ok but make sure screw type that does not loosen over time, and not fake or low-end 3m tape - else, rack drop off when driving can cause major accident and injury.

If roof rack to really hold bicycles or cargo box, then better get good quality stuff like Thule or Yakima.

You don't want your bike to fall off when you drive and cause damage to your car or other cars/people - right?

Authorised dealer seems to be this company - http://lamsing.com/car-roofracks.html

But real quality stuff seems very expensive (guess costs needed to make it strong so that can stay put even if sudden impact from car accidents and also corrosion free even though out in weather all the time),

Even China government use Thule when quality is important.  See below video at 1.26 min.

No rear a/c for the S-Cross or Vitara. The Vitara doesn't even have a front central arm rest- and I don't see it available as an accessory unlike the Swift. Vitara doesn't have a rear central armrest either from the pics I've seen.

My SE says Vitara is smaller than S-Cross. Perhaps Vitara is suitable for gals and not so big guys. I will check it out at the car show this weekend.

I went to the motor show on Sat and sat in the Vitara. The front seems smaller and tighter than S-Cross. The console is nice and has a an analog clock in the front. There is no central arm rest. The back passenger door seems smaller for me to get in and the back passenger room is tighter. Vitara has some funky colors.

I can appreciate the roomier space in S-Cross. Vitara boot space is smaller than S-Cross. If you don't need that extra room Vitara is a better looking car.  S-Cross is more practical and a great buy.

The orange Vitara at the show car did have a front centre armrest. Spoke to the SE and he said it is an aftermarket accessory. I did notice that it slightly intruded into the back seat area though so not so good if you always carry 3 in the back.

Ok la, no regrets with my S-Cross. Its still a great car.

I abit unbalanced when I see the Vitara launch and the price is lower than when I bought the S-Cross in October.

The S-Cross community is not that big eh. Unlike Honda Vezel where they have many bulk purchases etc.

No regrets S-Cross! I did my 1K servicing last week at Sin Ming. I spoke to the CS at the accessories corner. He said that Suzuki accessories will be coming after CNY.

Hi, how long did the servicing take? Thanks!

I sent in at 8.30am and because I requested 3M solar film to be checked for some bubbles my car was ready at 2pm. The 3M guy had to come down from his office.

Hi

Thanks for the sharing! Did the 3M guy redo the window with bubbling?

Btw, any idea how many years of warranty for the 3M solar film? Does it cover against bubbling until the warranty expires?

Regards.

I must say that 3M did not check all the glasses. There is no redo. Actually the bubbles are small. It is not a big deal. I am told if I can still bring up anymore bubbles during the warranty period.
