13km/l is for Combined cycle (urban + highway??)

Urban cycle is abt 10.6km/l from the spec

Hi people,

my fuel consumption is about 9.5-10 km/litre but based on 80/10 driving and on 2 WD mode..

The car seems thirstier than the purported figures stated...

Just wanna check with the rest of the bros, do you all experience the air con waste water pipe below the chassis "leaking" profusely? Cos my ride is always dripping profusely after stopping the car...my old Mazda CX-7 doesn't even "drip" that much!!

Yo bro, just collected my xtrail today. I notice the dripping too! Seems like a big puddle of water man. Will feedback during the 1k servicing. Did u feedback to tc?

To the bros here, just a qn. When I press the driver door button to open the door, it seems like I am not able to open the rest. Is this normal?

Hi bro, yeah..it's pretty extensive, the dripping! I'm going for my 1k servicing on Friday so will check with the service advisor. I highlighted this to my salesperson previously and he asked me to check with the service guys as well...I'll check and let you know after I pick up my ride..

When you press the driver door, the rest of the doors should be able to open though...

hmm, so all doors should be open when you either press the door button on the driver or front passenger side... hmm... mine doesn't..

btw, i know of another trailer who seen the dripping too. lets see what the service guys have to say then.

Thanks!

I just got a clarification from my SE. can disable n open all doors by one push of button. just have to access the dashboard computer and uncheck 'selective door lock'. its for security purpose, esp when in JB. :)

Test drove X-trail the other day. Noticed that there was a fair bit of vibration on the steering wheel & gear stick when idling at traffic junction. SE could not give me a good explanation for this. You guys encountered this?

Driving the XT for almost a week now. there is not much vibration experienced when idling. During the test drive, I did not experience much either. Thats my experience and it may depend on your sensitivity?

So far, my FC is at 8 only. Hope it turns out better when it runs in.....

Should improve as it's on run in EO is mineral. Once changed to full-synthetic should be better.

Also.. what's your travelling route like? if mostly city.. then this is about right.
