Ford Focus titanium

The current Focus sold in RM as 2016 models do not have sync 3.

 

peculiar, i was quite sure the current 1.0 EcoBoost models have SYNC 3.

Is the interface white and blue, or the four corner style? The former is SYNC 3. I don't remember seeing the new Titanium Focuses missing touchscreen.

From what i understand, Focus titanium comes with "SYNC 2 with MyFord Touch", the one in the current Mondeo is Sync 3(with apple car play).

odd. I really was certain i remember seeing the Focus 1.0L coming with SYNC 3 before Mondeo got it.

Confirmed with Ford SE that current Focus comes with SYNC2.

In fact, previously it didnt even have touch screen when RM was selling the "trend" variant. And visually i think both Sync 2 and 3 looks the same, both are touch screen. Just that Sync 3 has Apply car play.

Yeah, this I remember. I'm aware the shroud of the touchscreen for 2-MFT and 3 are same... but I really oddly remembered that Focus arrived here with S3 first... 

 

Probably the next generation Focus will arrive late this year or maybe next year.

@sgpeasant, if you need to get your car soon, I suggest don't hold out.

Can you share if focus 1.0t 125ps still bad on FC? This is shocking to see the acclaimed eco engine to be below 10km/l.

I was still thinking it will not get 18kpl but at least a 12kpl.

 

 

Any 2016 Focus 1.0 ecoboost drivers here who have done first servicing, what kind of FC u guys getting? Im at 8k and im still getting 9-10km/l. at 45litres im getting only 400km sometimes. Driving wise is very normal, hardly touch 100km/h, good mix of city and highway. Is anyone else getting same as me?

Im at 16k now(yes i drive a hell lot), im barely getting 10km/l. Of course nobody assumes it will be same as brochure specs, normaly if they say 18, will get about 12-13, but im getting 9+, which is half. When i realy try to jaga2, meaning change higher gear on highway and try my utmost best not to go above 3000rpm, i'l get about 11.

Serviced at 8k, going to service again next week. I kind of gave up and just enjoy the drive. tried using different grade petrols, even different brands, still same. so im currently spending 400+ a month on shell 95, travelling an average of about 2000+km a month. Best part is, my car is hardly full, its just my wife and i, wonder how bad it will be for someone with a family of 5.

Pls try RS chip or change rims.

Stock are just too heavy.

yes i did all this and slightly more than that.

rims was changed immediately out of showroom, rs chip installed after 2000km.

Is RS Chip different from bluefin?

How many km since remap?

Any noticeable different in term of power and fuel economy?
