Housing agent did not submit OTP to HDB

That was under the old ruling that agent can represent both side right??

yes and no.. They were not allow to represent both side but they always have a partner

take the house and sue for some $ damages to make up the falling prices. Heehee.....

I think my frd want the deal to go thru only . He is a nice person

If deal goes thru, not easy to sue for damages already. Unless can prove that time loss is also money loss.

At least there is a closure. Sometimes it is easy to talk about sue here sue there. But when it comes to the end of the day, if things can be settled amicably, it will be the best:)

It's not over until 1st appt, hope the seller is there.

 

 

yup..that was what I thought..seller n agent still can play punk...but if that happen..he is in for a surprise,,as social media is very powerful and that will affect his livelihood in the future....
