Oh u got insider story?

Info is from my SE too. I will wait for another month. Hope it will drop by another 5-8k from the new price. At current COE price, my current car can't fetch above the value if I were to deregister the car.

Wow.. Like your optimism on COE going further down. But then there are no real reason why it should go up..

No doubt we will see xt selling at 100k by this year.

That's the thing that's stopping me from going in now.

The price on offer is awfully close to my ceiling price so I'm still thinking if I should go in now.

Haha who doesn't want a good deal.

But my wife said, at this rate I don't need to ever buy a car. All around me, people has changed about twice and I'm still driving mine after 7 years.

So I have set a reasonable price to go in. Cos recently the lack of space is getting more and more frustrating.

There's no "reasonable price" or "good deal".

the moment COE drops again, your "reasonable price" will change.

Sigh that's why. I did my my sums and 110k was my max. Now it's so near and I'm in a dilemma.

Hope to reach a decision before the next bidding.

No doubt we will see xt selling at 100k by this year.

90% probability of this happening unless we see a miraculous sharp recovery in economic sentiments or govt decides to step in by increasing loan quantum , etc
