Hope the OMV don't exceed 20K, otherwise the maximum loan would be 50% and need to top up.

Now the yen keep going up... I also kind of worry over 20k ovm... So if ovm suddenly shoot up how?? Will MI ask we TOP up??

MI won't ask you. Bank just don't lend you.

I also almost booked Outback, as it is just 2k more than the XT. The interior finish is better than XT, the only thing that I don't like is the cabin height.

Seat height is adjustable. I'm 1.79m and still have about one fist of headroom when I put the seat up to have a better view of the rear. But indeed the FXT is higher inside but I find the exterior rather boxy

Nope, couldn't get any. Apparently stocks would be available Mar/Apr for the 2016 facelifted edition.

Subaru cars selling very well. Don't think need to offer freebies anymore. Price itself compared to a few bids ago is already very attractive. So SEs can save on giving away their commision to buy freebies [:p] .

Was at MI yesterday and today and the place was very crowded and there was queue to test drive cars. Saw a few signing on dotted line too....

Totally agreed. I am looking at the practicality and performance of the FXT, as compared to other 2.0L model makes.

With the upcoming new MRT network and new buses, don't think there won't be a lot of price changes in COE. Either they maintain or put up higher COE, so that the car ownership costs is higher to entice the commuters to switch to local transport.

That is why I have signed on the dotted line at LK showroom on last Sun, even though I still can continue to drive my existing car for the next three years.
