Huh? This is still cheaper compared to the time when COE was $70K

No.

My XT C0E was $75k. I paid $135k for it.

Just a guess, reading about supply issues in the US....could be production struggling so they making the most out of each unit now especially since local demand seems to be picking up as more are seen on the road.

Engine oil temp. That is the symbol used for engine oil.

Actually why do we need to monitor engine oil?

I thought knowing the coolant temp will be better.

Or maybe sun too powerful make cabin feel slightly warmer??

That is why I upgraded solar films (max heat rejection for moonroof),added groovy shades also.

But, my final verdict is manage the drive to enjoy the comfort.

This middle one in the triple gauge.

Is it measuring the coolant temp or engine oil temp?

Or something else?

That I believe is oil temperature.

It shud be the electrical relays that pick up and drop off when deenergized.

My XT was parked last Sunday and not used for 6 days. Unable to start. Low batt and I had to use the physical key to open. Jump started and for the rest of the day ok.

My SE says it's normal to hv low batt after 6 days. I think it's appalling.

6 days shouldn't discharge the battery unless it's a design fault or old battery. But nevertheless it's appalling

My car has no dash cam ... basically bone stock. I reckon old batt or there is some parasitic draw.

The stock batt is 48 Ah ... not very high. I've seen BMW batt that is 100 Ah.

Reckon I'll Google see if it's common or I hv a lemon.

This is worrying. Something must be drawing power from the battery when parked. Maybe the keyless entry?

My previous cars (bare bone without keyless) were able to start even after my 2-3 work trips.

Turbocharged

This thread is the main cause why the prices went up. Look at the number of pages!!! Compared that with the OB thread..

OB used to be $12-15k more expensive than an FXT.

See la see la.. Talk some more la...

Suspect so. Even the showroom unit was out of juice... But then could be all the "molestation"..

I just scrapped my 10-yr old FNA.

Have frequently went on holidays of up to 2 weeks 2-3 times a year and just left the car in the car park.

Never once had problems starting the car after the holidays.

Iirc, the manual or some instructional video did mention disabling the keyless entry if you'll be away for awhile. The keyless sensor is active... Will always be scanning for keys. Having said that it's low power consumption also..

Personally, I came back from a 1 week trip, no prob, car still can start.
