Do u all experience squeaky sound from the car when u drive on the road especially when the road is not so even ?

haha yea, i also want to know how to turn off the alarm.

 

Two ways to go about it:-

 

1. Locate the connector below the seat for the connection of the seat belt holder to your ECU and disconnect it. If it is a direct connection, can cut and splice them with quick connect connectors. 

 

P.S. Note that there may be a risk of voiding warranty and or I dunno about any concern in terms of safety.

 

2. Get a seat belt adapter from Autobacs or other car accessories shop whereby it clips into your original seat belt clip and it holds the seat belt clip when u put on. You can take off your seat belt and leave the adapter in the original holder which in terms the ECU reads you have a seat belt in thus no alarm.

 

P.S. Do at your own risk I dunno if TP will catch lol.

Squeaky sound no.  Loud tyre sound yes so maybe squeaky sound covered over by loud tyre sound LOL

Probably not from the looks of things... I sincerely hope they revive their sports program and from there the lancer will probably be revived

mitsubishi japan declared lancer ex end of line and will not be producing. taiwan mitsubishi only however find lancer to be attractive and continue the legend Edited July 10, 2017 by greynotey

Bro some updates for you:-

1. The new lancer is CY chassis

2. Coilover for 1.5/2.0 can be used on 1.6

3. Front lowering spring for 1.5/2.0 cannot fit 1.6

4. Front tower strut bar can be used but anti roll bar cannot fit

5. Exhaust system also cannot share

 

The above are what some of the 1.6 go thru and consolidated.

Looking for exhaust. But found out hks/fujitsubo cannot fit in the new Lancer ex. Any recommendations?
