Yup and they dont register for u till u have pay up the remaining downpayment. That mean u dont have the 7k rebate for trade in ? I still get the 7k rebate. For my current ride via champion motors, I got my coe on 24 may, made the balance payment on 30 may. SE update earliest collection date 7 June but I opted for 10 June. This prompt process was probably cause they had ready stock at their storage area. For Lancer, maybe they waiting for new shipments to arrive or gotta fulfil the backlog with uber/grab. WRT the slow collection of car process, theSE was sharing there was the workshop in C&C had only small area for mitsubishi. And they have lots of order to go.
