No worries bro, I'm well aware of drone rules. 

For labrador , I flown off water and actually launched from the platform @1:32mins :

I don't think taking off from somewhere else and flying into a restricted zone is ok. Be very careful and not be penalised. 

If you want to fly, don't make your video public. Making it public will be like self-pawn.

Can you point me which exact area is the restricted zone?

That Keppel platform is actually a private land. There is a signboard demarcation between them and Labrador park. You will need to be careful where you actually fly.

The inner field area of Labrador park is rented by the flying club RMS. It is their private flying space. Unless you are a member of RMS, I don't think that they will give you permission to fly.
