2nd gen Mazda 3 queries

Hi guys,

 

Am looking around used Mazda 3 and here are my observation on the 2nd gen, which I appreciate if current/ex owners can clarify

 

1) 2013 year have this "SP" and lower OMV/ARF of 16k, while 2012 year and earlier is around 20k. What caused the significant drop?

 

2) For the models 2012 and earlier, there is two trim level - "Normal" and "Luxury". I cant find any information online on the trim level difference, what is the extra specification found on Luxury?

 

3) Does either trim come with ESP?

I think the normal vs luxury. difference is fog lamps and auto rain wipers.
