and they keep changing the components of the CIS plans also ... like for my SGH plan ... first 2 times got free caller ID, 3rd time pay 50%, then current free again ... anyway, I will be getting sim-only plan by end of contract.

Why not sign up with a MVNO, I think they offer good value, and most important is no bill shock like what you encountered.

MR throttle speed is 256kb/s,

 

Zero throttle speed is 1Mb/s.

256kb/s for MR is still usable for most of the time if it just download, like reading webpage, loew res youtube, stream radio. The problem is their upload speed during throttle is almost non-existence. Upload a big file picture in whataps takes a long time.

 

Zero1 still not too bad for both download and upload.

1Mbps is good for maximum 480p YouTube. 256kps is super low rws YouTube video lei.

Am aware of that, but you want to streaming YouTube, definitely not the plan for you. But 256kb/s is not my concern, as can do light surfing. It's the non existence upload speed, that is making sending whatapps with picture and photo a pain.

Zero 1 is consistent 1Mbps. With no issues with WhatsApp and etc. No lag for streaming and Spotify.
