707 is a different type of instant heater, the type with its own hand shower head. One water inlet and hot water outlet, it's meant to control the temperature from the unit itself and shower directly with the water output.

For Bennington, it's meant to replace storage heaters, which are used with shower mixers. You can't install a 707 into the false ceiling and pipe the output to a mixer tap.

i peasant no use mixers at home.  i only can find them in hotels

This instant heater allows hot & cold water for basin and shower.  

So it's slightly different from normal instant heated for shower only.
