Best way to access EPL / NBA content ?

I am a newbie to this.  What is the best way to get EPL content live and also on-demand ? 
I checked out Singtel Cast's Sports Plus but the offering is only real-time. 

Also,  for NBA,  are there local providers for live and on-demand?

Launch the SportsMax app and select the “Rush” channel available on the home screen. You will be required to login using our Digicel ID to view the available channels. If you don’t have a Digicel ID, the page will redirect to create one. If you don't access it in your region due to geo restriction then you should use a vpn.
