Driver Car Powered/Auto Car Seat

Hi, i m driving 2014 altis, the driver carseat cannot recline but can move up/down/fwd/bk. 

I have called quite a number of ws but none offers repair. Anyone knows where i can get help for this issue?

It is kinda difficult to troubleshoot. Look for scrapyards for 1 to 1 replacement.

can try sin hock heng. They are a car cushion upholstery shop. They can help to dismantle the leather and stuffing and possibly figure out, or send to a mechanic nearby to diagnose. 

They dismantled my sunroof and sorted out the rust and realignment of the sunroof for me.
