Its definitely possible, but to find 2 adjacent lots in a crowded mall car park may not be so likely also...

i know it's their business and i should mind my own business.. but i can't help but shake head when i see people trying to be funny by doing things like this.. or squeezing the letters and numbers so closely together, or having smaller font size than normal.. and worse.. those ultra reflective plates.
