I trust people who had worked closely with me lah. But I am strict with my rules to prevent "Honest Mistakes" , and I always tell my team. We do not want mistake that we cannot reverse, so we start planning. I own up to our faults and take responsibilities.

Nevertheless, I hope you know what I mean. We have too many of those people out there that do not have the "OHM" as I feel. As with some people say - we are observing the situation closely 🤪

Sometimes, it could be a matter of perspective. 

What they are observing could be an outcome they want.

On the other hand, that's the outcome that we don't want.

You see, I never even blame them for the "Not Sick don't need to wear mask" issue and the turn around. I furthermore think it is good that they come out to speak and making certain decision at certain time good for the situation. But sometimes you just cannot accept certain nonsense. Pai Seh, I just cannot quote or later they come after me. Haha
