How about Andrews Ave, right at the end of Sembawang...near Sembawang Park . There's one eatery there that was featured in Makansutra. Cars can be parked right across at the Sembawang carpark or along the eatery. Cosy but am not sure how feasible it is as I think the place might be frequented by bikers - the only good thing about this is that we can mix with them and we can talk about cars and bikes
