Presea 3rd Gear September 11, 2003 Author Share September 11, 2003 No problems with redlining the engine.... love the sound of the engine as it goes from 4500 to 7000. No vtec wailing, but it's almost as invigorating. But of course the more often I hit the redline, the faster the petrol gets sucked out of the tank. Can go as low as 6.5-7km per litre if I redline at every gearchange. Can't go to the evening meetups....not since my wife's pregnancy has reached the later stages. I doubt you would see me around in the following few months after my son's born too...
