It may be back to square that remove sparetyre from the boot and put the big big woofer there..then another amp to drive the woofer... [lipsrsealed]

No, it's not back to square one...........in fact, it's a few steps backwards! [laugh][laugh][laugh]

Nope..........he'll think you know your stuff and better not chop you! laugh.gif Most ppl buy rims for their looks only. Not many ppl place importance in rim weight but it plays a big part in determining the performance of the car. Even with bigger rims and fatter tyre, the pick-up may not suffer or actually improve a little bit if the unsprung weight is lighter.

 

Take for example my stock Speedlines 16" (10.5kg) compared to the OZ Superleggera 16" (6.5kg). That's a total saving of 16kg in unsprung weight! thumbsup.gif
