Rim & Tyres advice needed.

Hi,

I would like to change the existing 13" steel rims of the Mit Lancer 1.3 GLi to 14" alloy.

Any recommendations on rims/tyres size to get?Shops to recommend? Will changing the rim size affect the FC alot? For my ride , prefer comfort ride then performance...
