Skoda is quite popular in China at least in ShenZhen. They have nice showroom there. 2. I would say VW cars are very popular there. Bora and Passat are found everywhere. 3. However, the Skoda and now de-funct SEAT are priced at a reasonable level, compared to the VW & Audi cousins. It's hard to justify which is better, unless you get a feel for yourself. Things look different on paper, but this is also subjective to individual preference and taste.
