Well, there's a series (In think PEH series) of Pioneer HU that only require a add-on DAB tuner to receive DAB. That'll cost ya abt $799 or $699...

 

Sorry hor, I only work in broadcasting industry, so not really sure abt the manufacurer's pricing...

 

Blaupunkt will roll out a new HU with the DAB tuner integrated soon (in june).

 

Still get those ligthings and thunders at your work place????

Yeah lar, still do, all part and parcel of the "risk" at work.

 

Kenwood stop producing liao I think, maybe can get old model but didn't heard they coming out with new ones.

Does anyone have any comments on the Woodstock DAB HU?? Is it true also that Class 95 is no longer being digitally broadcasted as the trial is over? Thx!

Saw the Woodstock on display, really neat with DAB, MP3 playback from MMC, CD-RW.

 

Well, there's still a trial service on DAB ch 7C. With Class 95, YES 933, Perfect 10 and Ria. But only 9am to 530pm.

Aiya, by 9am, I would have reached office already and 530pm, I'm still working, how to enjoy them while driving? So technically for me only can listen to cruise, club and bloombeg.....

 

Wondering if i shld trade-in my Blaupunkt Denver for the woodstock set. If i have MP3, i'll definitely use it, otherwise will just stick to plain old vanillia Cds. Anybody any thots??

It's me again! Good news for you and others,

 

The 2nd DAB channel, 7C has started 24hr transmission now instead of the previous 900 to 530.

 

Programs on 7C are:-

 

1. YES 933

2. RIA

3. Perfect 10

4. Class95

5. GOLD 90.5

6. LOVE 97.2

My HU has got RDS. Can i receive DAB wif that? How to tune in har??
