Conned Clutched August 28, 2004 Share August 28, 2004 In fact, the feedback (in UK) on overall performance of Superd is better than Passat. If I may humbly share a bit abt driving the Superb..the surge is not as pronounced as the passat,or a rex,,it's actualli very refined and linear.U feel the rush n the hum of the engine ,and speedo meter building up, thou im deaf nowadays and cant pick up the turbo whine..but the accelaration is there..perhaps when SKODA says they wan to build a limo,they really meant it! no raw surge..jus linear accelaration which i wil hav to get used to. I hav detuned my ride and am enjoyng the stock ride.. Handling arnd bends and corner is sure -footed and the more u apply power, the stable it is.hav to rememeber to slow in ,fast out. cruzing at 100kph sees arnd 2K rpm so its not so bad. well, for those keen, these are jus some points i hope to share.. thank u for ur time.
