Hi, I'm 24 and having a P plate also, looking to rent a car 1-1.3L for $90/day. So far I've been driving my dad's car. But recently not on good terms but still need to drive. Anyone can help?

Hey sorry to dig out an old thread, but i have a similar case to the thread starter, still P plate of 7 mths but need a car for 1 day (sat - sun). Heard most rental companies don't operate during weekend thus giving weekend packages which raneg from $160-200. I'm keen on a manual car, budget of $80/day max; don't mind paying the $100 deposit too. Hope got MCF-ers have any lobang for me. Have checked out orix but its way to ex, and yahoo auctions posts seem very fishy.
