Civices8 Neutral Newbie October 7, 2004 Share October 7, 2004 Hi all, as I have been to Stamford Tyre Sale at Jurong on Sunday, I saw a new 3-tier technology magnet which seem much better than SAGE or AirMax (or watever). It was promise by the agent that they will give a full refund if it doesn't work. It look very promising as it is only $89.90 with installation (promotion). I was also told that it will not increase the power like wat claim by other magnet and advisable to install only 1 in each car (not 2). It will actually make ur ride smooth and FC low. Although that most of us are anti-magnet, I call up my frenz at UK and his Evo is using it. I was told that it actually works very well for half a year. Well, anyway, seem like our CS03 doesn't take effect on SAGE or AirMax magnet. Just FYI. I din install also. Those who have install maybe can feedback. I'm just curious. http://www.ep-systems.co.uk/ ↡ Advertisement
Apollo 1st Gear October 8, 2004 Share October 8, 2004 1st - magnetic hydrodynamic is a big word to concoct. but petrol cell still not metallic, cannot be ionized in that manner, case proven. 2nd - test result did not show anything at all, no dyno test by any independent test lab. dun think they can pass that under the nose of Federal Trade Commission which has lamblasted a nos of magnetic scams before. 3rd - we r not antimagnet, treat it as pro-logic. sure, if the logic is convincing enuff and scientifically proven and internationally accepted. otherwise.. heh. Civices8 Neutral Newbie October 8, 2004 Author Share October 8, 2004 The posting was actually cut n paste from S'pore Lancer club and I'm just very curious to see if any bros here have installed and see if it really works. Frankly, I'm pretty skeptic abt magnets too apart from the various reviews on U.S sites, but then again it seems that Jon of the much talked and popular Z-Stabilizer hype is also promoting some sort of magnet thingy and it seems to work with lot's of positive comments on the reduction in F.C...Humm any more bros care to share their experience for the benefit of all here. Apollo 1st Gear October 9, 2004 Share October 9, 2004 magnets r good, if used correctly. yes, used them at the bottom of the oil tray, oil catch, oil filter.. as these helps to trap metallic particles in the engine oil n prevent circulation. bottom of radiator, hopefully trap metal particles and rust. or use as fridge magnets ↡ Advertisement
