Kopikao Neutral Newbie November 19, 2004 Share November 19, 2004 [reply]Must change the module, not only reprogram. Mine at first never come with the 30 second auto lock. But my SA say got come with supposely and ask me come back during 1000km servicing to do. IN the end, they tell me this alarm doesnt come with this function and ask me top $10 to change the module. I ask the mechanic go collect from my SA and he did. So I got it free. I think normal AVEO dont have this function, only more ex model like OPTRA have. reply] You meant it can change to auto lock after 30sec.. no matter you got just got off car after driving or after you accidentally press remote but did not open door? Cos the alarm now function justa s Viz88 said. If open with remote but didn't open door, auto look in 30secs, else even after coming out car after driving, would not auto lock. ↡ Advertisement

Yusliza Neutral Newbie November 21, 2004 Share November 21, 2004 I think that should be the way. No matter what the situation is, the car should be auto locked after a period of time. If you forgot to take out the keys and it got locked in, then it's your pasal lah
