Shading on the front windscreen

Does anyone knows if it is possible to spray the top of the windscreen with a gradual tone of tinted shade to block out the sun like those found on camry and some other cars.

 

Any workshop doing that?

Stick on the external better or interior? Last time used to see many on the outside, these days... comes in the inside, looks better...

Is this tinting sprayed on permanent? or it's a sticker?

saw some cars having this blue tint on the top of the windscreen,

from dark gradual down to clear, very nice

seen some of the cars with it, and the metallic particles seems to hv rust off leaving an ugly puky stain on the screen.
