Anyway, don't think Kah has a say, should be mandated by Honda.

You'll be surprised the aftersale of Trans Eurokars is worse than Kah Motor. Coming from the point of view of an existing Mazda 5 and ex Honda Stream owner.

Got my HR-V LX from Alexander yesterday first 3 hours was happy with the car. Than my nightmare started. ENG light on Brake light on (orange colour) Parking brake light flashing (red light) all these 3 on my console panel. To make my story short car was tow back to KM yesterday night and now still doing checks. My Q here to the brothers here is do I have the right to ask for a 1 to 1 exchange even if they manage to find and fix the problem.

Is OK, you paid for not a small sum. So just face thick skin abit walk off change another salesman. Their colleagues will see something wrong and will serve you better. Everyone is earning a living only, they also scared customers complaint. They must understand that they are in service line.
