Ken4555 1st Gear January 12, 2011 Share January 12, 2011 so many amsoil oil ASM, RD, SSO... which one is best for me? Mine is 3.5 year old Mz3 with 68k mileage. I drive less then 10km per year. order of preference quiet>power>price. anyone keen to enlighten? less than 10km per year... omg.... you never drive out of the carpark or your estate one ah? seriously, trust me... unless you track or drive to the redline all the time, you are not going to feel much difference from the different oil with same vocosity... but do note some 5W/40s could be thicker or thinner then other 5W/40s... my advice to you is to check out your Mazda forums as different engines feel different with certain oils... just my 2cents... btw i love REDLINE... keke

Increase of 20% in price Perhaps you can understand better after reading this articles: http://archive.constantcontact.com/fs003/1...5188788714.html The demise of US$ is not necessary a good thing for small time retailer like us, this is the 3rd time USA supplier is slapping the cost increase on us. Main reason why is because they don't dig the crude themselves but buy from the middle east with US$, now that US$ is crap, they have to pay more before the the Arabs are willing to sell it to them. It's a vicious cycle... Edited May 10, 2011 by Trex101
