aiya , car knock into tree lor ,

same story , N%@C say beyond economical repair , but the amount they compensate almost less than 10k of the current optra5 .but ok lah , better than nothing rite.

will be collecting the optra next week , tot of having the loyalty bonus for getting the 2nd chevy , but KNS , SA said optra under promotion can't have the 1k offset , WTF.

NVM , i intend to transfer the 5 cd changer from the optra5 to the optra , they say maybe must charge , sound funny? i bought my optra5 there 2mths ago lei , now accident change over must charge ? buy 2nd chevy no discount from SA , WTF tats wat i can say bout SA .

customer service ok ,,management wise .....sucks .

at least some discount i also happy , can recommend others bout chevy .

Reason i getting back the optra is the SE steady , so i get the chevy ,if not

with 60k selling price , out in the market there's plenty more of choices !! opel , ford , mitsubishi , fiat ...

Hopefully SA management wake up their Fxxxing idea !

since so much complain bout the fuel gauge problem , why can't they rectify b4 hanging over the car to the customer ? Really in doubts

any1 have idea for GM head office Email ?

thinking of sending them feedback , Praising SA "Good service" ,"technical knowledge" [thumbsdown]

They will call you for survey. Tell them your grouse. They will call you 2 times I think. After 1mth and after you have owned the car for 6mths. Dunno if after 1yr they will call and see if you still happy or not.

I complained Ubi workshop too far and Ubi is crappy when it comes to spending your free time. I told them this is bad. With the free time there and so many showrooms, I go and try other cars. laugh.gif

As Genie says... "its a stealership" [whip][whip]

Think they only managed to get the new parts fuel gauage last month.. so those on the roads before that most likely would have the problem.

Technical knowledge [whip][whip]

Any comments on the car safety on the crash? able to protect?

Thank god you are okay [thumbsup]

well, 'newer' as in production date is in '05 instead of '04, but everythin stays the same [:p] as for FC, SE says base on specs is 12km/L, but as u can c from all e old birds here, actual FC is way below tat [sweatdrop]

i believe e optra is a good ride (crossin my fingers!!) but FC wise... [thumbsdown]

wat a waste, its really a pity. The 12km/l is relevant, i rem someone here drove to malaysia using NSH, he did clock 12km/l so thus concluded its relevant when driving long dist/ highways...but for city driving, its just too bad, 9 at ave??..yeap its pretty tat much.
