Vesfreq Neutral Newbie July 7, 2006 Share July 7, 2006 ur FC should improve further, after run-in. The C&C SE told me one of her client hit 15km/l. Don't know how the guy did it. Probably vehicle already run-in and lots of highway driving without air-con. The best I did was 14.6 km/l. I measure my FC after each weekly top up. Worst FC was about 13.5 km/l. Mostly highway driving about 75%. It is advisable to measure the FC this way. Some forumers have mentioned before. Pump full tank. Note down mileage. Drive for a week or so. Then go to pump full tank. Find out how much was topped up and the mileage at the petrol kiosk. Then, take difference in mileage between the previous and current visit at the kiosk. The pump machine will display the total petrol pumped. Then, do ur average. Most accurate way to find fc. ↡ Advertisement
