but didnt know what are the materials available

& where to buy.

Is neoprene fire proof ? Isnt that the materials used for scuba diving suits ?

none of the rubber based material r fire proof, but neoprene does continue fire retardant additives, and they r considered as non combustible, ie will self extinguish n not spread fire.

 

i think for ur scuba diving, the material is another form of flxible rubber. may not b neoprene open cells.

saw at DIY shop at IMM...saw a soundproofing stuff...something like double sided tape...i think is for windows one...any one got experience with that? cos the instruction behind is not stated...
