I'd say it's an excuse to change to aftermarket rims. At least much lower chances of other cars in the workshop having same rims as you.

but if all 4 together, i probably won't get angry cos there won't be issues with safety etc. even if they piralee was actually a diamond in disguise, i would still have complained.

did you know that it took them 4 mths to bring in my Clutch Pedal return spring

 

then ask me to go down to install it, after 2hrs++ in UBI workshop, come and tell me they are 'half' strength that day, got no mech to look into my car, KNN don't know how to install the 'simple' springs say don't know lar! give me excuses that it's 'half' strength on a weekday, then weekend 'quater' strength lar

 

SA say will arrange another day and will call me, KNN I got to call him on 3 different days, then he manage to arrange an appointment for me

 

So, finally the Clutch Pedal return spring was replaced, 5 & 1/2 mths after I reported to them
