Which prompts me to ask this, does agents that deal with multiple brands provide different level of service to this customers??

eg. BM(toyota, lexus); RM(ford, peugeot, landrover); CC(kia, mits, mb).

 

Or for that matter, are different CC cars treated differently? 1.4 vs 1.6 vs 2.0 vs 2.3 vs 3.0 etc etc.
