complete with C&C emblem too... don't know since when they started putting these on their cars. this is the oldest car that i've seen with one.

from 30 september onwards, +50 cents for 2 seats and +$1 for 3 to 4 seats. what this shows to me is very obvious: 2 seats or more have much more trouble finding a ride than 1 seat. they need to come up with an incentive system. i personally think the incentive is too little, and one would still be better off stacking (if available). if things don't improve, i guess they will increase the incentive.

for that one particular trip, it might make sense. but not as a sustainable mechanism because only 2 trips a day.

does anyone remember chai chee prick? still using his real name and the famous photo for hitch at chai chee... couldn't believe it. almost picked him up just to see whether it's really the one.

With the latest feature, can longer tell is 4 pax. 3 or 4 it just says "Full Car". Too bad for the 3 pax because nobody's gonna take them too.

i agree. the $10 to $12 trips are indeed the best.

has anyone ever worked out the price formula? my sense is that beyond 10km there is a very sharp diminishing marginal rate of return. for instance, jurong west to town and jurong west to bedok costs exactly the same.

I didn't know there was a $17 possibility but there is - a potential ride from Pasir Ris to Tuas South. I used to think $16 is max.

    Collecting new car - when?

not talking about wait for months and game COE kind... but rather register Monday but only deliver on Thursday kind... 3 days of usage according to insurance company also quite a lot right.

    Collecting new car - when?

can anyone enlighten why there is so opaque and buyers don't get the choice of which day they get to activate the COE... ADs reasoning like need to spec up the car, etc... can't it be done before registration? not as if an unregistered car can be driven legally or taking up space on the roads right?
