Hi Would like to check with bros in tis forum if tis engine oil is gd n suitable for use in sg as my frd gave me a few bottles for free. On e label states: Conoco Hydroclear Super all season Diamond Hydrocrack formula 5W30 Exceeds API SL ILSAC GF-3 & ILSAC GF-2 Ford WSS-M2C205-A and M2C153-G Ford WSS-M2C910-A1 and A2 Chrysler MS-6395 and MS-6395H GM9986166, 9986125 and 9986126 Is this oil Synthetic or mineral? Also, how many KM should I change engine oil if this engine oil is used? THanks jemjem

Hi all gurus out there, Comfort Automotive Service has these two servicing packages: Conoco Power Fully Synthetic Oil (SAE 5W-40) - $88 Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic Oil (SAE 5W-50) - $118 As i know nuts about engine oil, can anyone advise on the Conoco Power Fully Synthetic Oil (SAE 5W-40)? I have never hear Conoco brand before. Anyone who went to Comfort Automotive Service for servicing can advise on whether the packages is worth it a not? Thanks a lot!

Hi all, any comments for Conoco engine oil? With Hydroclear Gold 10W40 (API SL), Super J 10W40 (API SJ/CF) and Super XP 10W40 (API SG/CF), which one is more suitable for my G7? Btw is it Syn, Semi-Syn or Mineral?

just open up a bottle of Conoco Super All Season Diamond 5W-30 engine oil and the oil is not clear. the colour is like ordinary engine oil colour, ie light brown. i thought this oil suppose to be clear, ie no colour, transparent clear. anybody got experience with this? btw, i bought this oil from a Projet station in JB.

OK attached is the UOA report on Conoco Hydroclear Super All Season Diamond 5W30. For some strange reason, the Si levels have not gone down. I will be checking on the intake system. As long as this is not solved, the bearing wear is going to be there no matter how good the oil is. I'll be check out the grommets and all the possible areas where a leak will occur. Anyone went to kallang to view the course ? Quite a good show. Chief Instructor (Leslie "chung" ?) executed a 180 turn with hand brake and gun off all very smoothly. Lots of cars signed up for the course. WRX STI, WRX, STI (suspect its TS 1.6), Nissan March, BMW 520i, MX5 (convertible), 2 x Toyota Corrola (1 new, 1 old), Nissan Sunny, 2 x Forrestor (1 with loud BOV ), Vivio, 3 x civic (2 old 1 new) The race was flaged off by a civic which made a right turn and gunned down the long straight but unfortunately a little too fast and serious understeer was a result which caused the car to mount kerb and fly into the tree. Pretty badly damaged. 2nd accident was a black STI driven by an caucasian with sg girlfriend as co driver. He too took the corner too fast and almost crashed into the exact spot of the civic. The result was a heavily damaged rim and broken side skirt but other then that should be fine. Both cars got towed away as a result. Feel heart pain to see these cars crash. Other then that the main highlight was the nissan sunny driver who loves to handbrake. Quite a skillful driver considering he picked up the technique fast. Unfortunately this driver wasn't aware of the safety of bystanders when he exit the track and continued do his stunt. I just thought it was inconsiderate. Nissan march amongst all cars clocked 1 of the fastest timing considering the car and engine size. It definitely ain't the car but a result of skill. Apparently the driver suffered an overturn to learn his lessons well. Pretty spectacular I must say.

Anyone knows whether the Conoco 10W 40 synth oil at Autobacs ($20/litre bottle, buy 4 bottles get 4 bottles free) is a good buy ? Thks

Anyone used b4 conoco HydroClear Engine oil? How good is the oil?? anyone kind enough to share the experiences? or any bad experiences or have any knowledge about this new product?
