    Hi all If I totaled my car, will LTA let me buy a new car to replace my old one with the remaining COE? Or will I be refunded the remaining balance COE and bid for a new one? Just asking an insurance Qn cos now COE so high and my COE is $1k from last year, so do not ask me for pix.. Haha..
