Saw this car moving and stopping, moving and stopping at my car park checking cars which park at red lots yesterday. Saw two guys inside and I was wondering what they were doing. To my surprise, they were carpark wardens, checking on car which park on red lots. Nowaday, no need walk liao, all sit inside the car. These people must be earning big bucks, can drive car issueing parking fines. So guy, if you do not live at the block, do not park at red lot.

Hi all, Will be getting 1992/93 COE civic, can anyone share what is a fair price to pay for one of these cars? COE during that period should be around 18-19k region... Most in sgcarmart is till August 2011? Thanks alot.
