  2. Beside the obvious eg. ciggy, liquiour, drugs etc. what other common items not allowed to bring into SG. My brother's 'bak kua' was confiscated. My mother's plant kanna warning. Plant allowed but the soil is a banned item! Fruits and veg are also controlled items but the custom officers did not mention when they saw it. My friends like to buy rice and cooking oil in Jb but say not problem so far in bringing in to SG. Anyone any experiences so far?
  3. I wonder is it necessary for us to disclose our claim amount both (own repair cost and 3rd party repair cost) to a new insurance co. if we want to sign up with them rather that continuing with our present one. I thought if they are not able to find out on they own. I think one will be really folish for us to disclose to them. Any advice?
  4. Hi guys, I'm doing a paper and have the above question. Went through IRAS website but can't find the answer. Anyone has any idea what is the difference? The website states that the offence are under section 95 and 96 of the Income Tax Act. Went through the act but can't understand leh. Has anyone heard of e.g. property agents / insurance agents under declaring and got fined by IRAS? What was the offence type? Under declaration or tax evasion? Hope someone with experience in this (touch wood) can share share :)
