Date: 8/17/2011 17:00 hrs On the above date and time, the defendant (Keyona Davis DOB: 6/19/1988) was caring for an 8 month old child. The child was seated in a stroller and then placed in the rear bed section of a pickup truck. Davis sat in the bed of the truck with the child as the driver proceeded to travel through the streets of Daytona Beach. The vehicle was spotted by officers and traffic stop was initiated. The defendant was arrested and charged with child neglect. Check the video
