http://www.straitstimes.com/news/singapore/more-singapore-stories/story/students-complaint-over-starbucks-staff-backfires-netize#xtor=CS1-10 Omg, a student complained starbucks staff on clearing she and her friend books to one side after they left for 30 minutes just because they want to hog the seats. This is very bad, instead of them feeling sorry about being inconsiderate , they felt nothing is wrong and went to make a complaint. Z generation is our future Singapore. If they continue to behave like that or worst, our country is doomed. I hope , MOE, ministers and other relevant authorities to step up and have very clear stance on this case to prevent abuse of complain and to lecture them, to reverse the course of what are the bad habits or shell I said is too pampered.

The ARK Hills Sengokuyama Residence, in a new luxury high-rise in central Tokyo, was designed with an expat clientele in mind. Living rooms are larger than is common in Japan, in line with American and European tastes. The front-desk staff speaks both Japanese and English. On the ground level are upscale restaurants, a coffee shop, a mini-supermarket and a nursery school. It's part of the standard approach of Mori Building, Japan's biggest closely held developer, which has built 23 residential complexes in central Tokyo. Co-founder Minoru Mori is behind some of the city's tallest developments, like Roppongi Hills and ARK Hills. The company specializes in mixed-use complexes and towers that combine office and retail space with high-end apartments and green areas. Its tenants include Barclays Securities Japan, Ferrari Japan and Google. Mori Building now faces stiff competition from companies like Mitsui Fudosan, Mitsubishi Estate and Sumitomo Realty & Development, which are putting up their own multiuse developments in Tokyo, also catering to foreign buyers. But what has set Mori apart is the way it uses its network of properties to peddle a posh lifestyle to go along with the luxury square footage. An apartment at the Sengokuyama Residence

In the run-up to Kai Kai and Jia Jia's arrival - which, it is hoped, will take place by year-end - a lot of work has been put in to make their 10-year stay here a five-star experience. Everything - from the types of bamboo that they need to be fed to the exact spots for installing lights - is being fine-tuned months before their much-anticipated arrival. Background story ENSURING A STEADY FOOD SUPPLY 'The added advantage of planting the bamboos at different locations is that we are assured of constant supply in the event of a disease or fire outbreak at any one place.' - WRS chairman Claire Chiang The $8.5 million panda enclosure in the upcoming River Safari obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in March.
