  2. A Korean car forum member has captured undisguised images of the 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Featuring a "fluidic sculpture" design, the Elantra is virtually identical to the 2011 Sonata. Both cars have four-door coupe styling, sweptback headlights, a swoopy grille, and rearview mirrors with integrated LED turn signals. The only major difference is a shortened wheelbase. Inside, the Elantra features a classy dashboard with metal accents and black trim. Other highlights include a leather-trimmed steering wheel, two huge instrument pods, and angular door pulls. While details are limited, engine options will likely include a 1.6-liter four-cylinder and a 2.4-liter four-cylinder with 198 hp (148 kW / 201 PS) and 184 lb-ft (249 Nm) of torque.
