Darky8888 4th Gear September 24, 2013 Share September 24, 2013 Just this morning i brought my car to SPC located in the East for a wash... those guys did not even wash away the bird s--t on my wind screen and bonnet.. while i kept my cool and clean the bird s--t away using my own cloth and found that the detergent was not properly wash away on my bumper... i still kept my cool and use my own cloth to clean and wipe away... the guy suppose to dry my car actually just touch and go hid somewhere else... So i continue to wipe dry my car alone in the hot sun... then after a short whiole he came out and ask me to move further up to a corner to dry my car and not block the oncoming car out from the wash... i was so piss off that i choose not to reply him and move away... Will MCF forumers accept this kind of service? btw i paid $8 upfront before washing... i will not patronise them anymore, jus wanna warn u guys of such service and attitude. ↡ Advertisement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thanks for the headsup, would be good if can share which patrol kiosk it is so we can avoid. On this sunny island most of the carwash services sucks and that's why it will be easier to share which are the ones that are better than the rest hahaha. Dun be aggressive but be firm in telling them.. give them the benefit of the doubt but get ur clean wash u came for... if the cleaner dun play ball, talk to the big guy in their group... normally the head honcho wont mind small case n will oblige... just respect them and they will do likewise... works everytime when i faced our dialect speaking brothers to sort things out...... then u wont waste 8 dolla and no need comprain too... thanks for sharing ur incident here... If I'm not paying a promotional price ...I expect a reasonable service....you can always direct them to clean it up....just be nice...for me...my habit is to give an additional $2 as tips...I pay them before they start wipe down my car....usually, the service will be damn good.....sometime..$2 is really not alot to give as tips ..is just me...i know how hard it is to work under the hot sun...
