Well done. For a first time post, it's really good. Perhaps, next time, u can also include what you particularly like about the track, and what to look out for in audiophile reference.....haha, I like Track 6 for its musicality and cleanliness of the bass delivery... [thumbsup]

Hi Techaview, a very good start with a good review here and that is precisely my intention when I first started off with this thread. The point is to encourage members to share the good "softwares" by giving the CD some honest reviews and to recognise the efforts for making good quality CDs for consumers like us. I would like to see more of your contributions in future, this will definitely help make this thread, this forum an exciting one for many members. thumbsup.gif.

so far not much mention of other internet review websites, apart from record label home pages.

the only other one i know is www.echoloft.com forum with a review section.

haven't explored angmoh websites yet but i'm sure there're many ... any recommendations?

i am thinking, y not create a website and ask some contributors to write a review/writeup on them. Coz as far as i kw, most review are from the own record companies so the review will more or less be biased. Even if there are reviews, angmoh website will mostly be based on english languages records, not cater for asian languages with english/chinese/catonese/hokkien audience..... just a suggestion..

Folks, are you confident in your sound system and sound proofing? If you are, that will be fantastic because this particular CD I am introducing will definitely give your whole audio system a good work out. If you are not, despair not, because this CD can help burn-in your new drivers as well as connections.

Treasure Island Sound (TIS) is making a comeback with with about four new albums under their sleeve, I believe more should be coming into the scene. At one stage, I thought the company has closed down then, it will really be a pity. In any case, I bet many of you reading the thread here should be very familiar with TIS's Snow Rose series. Well, I have been a faithful fan of TIS's records since 1998. Introduced by Ernest then in his good old shop at Sembawang Shopping Centre.

TIS's recording is renowned for its presentation of ambience and the clean instruments layout. Their new albums this time round continue to entertain me inside out. You'll know what I mean if you have heard TIS
