Ferrari7 Neutral Newbie September 10, 2005 Share September 10, 2005 Do u know how GR-80 compares with potenza G3? i recently changed from Gr-80 to G3. G3 resists high speed understeer in the dry very well - will hold on to the intended cornering line much more resolutely than the gr-80s. In short, G3 is as quiet as the gr-80, n definitely more grippy. However, price is higher. Its obvious tt G3 is superior but Gr-80 remains good value for money. Kanr 1st Gear September 10, 2005 Share September 10, 2005 So hws much higher compared to GR-80 for 2 pairs, bro???Cheers!!!
Elfenstar 3rd Gear September 10, 2005 Share September 10, 2005 I use GR-50 b4 n dare say it is good set of tyre, even though when it is almost botak it still has good grip, now using Aspec db grip not so good cause it came with my new car. Anyone knows for 15" tyres, what is the correct ratio, currently on 195/55 n some tyre shop say wrong ratio should be 195/50. Thinking of changing back to Bridgestone n does it have 195/55 or 195/50 I'm sorry, please don't follow blindly what others say, check the tire placard thats usually somewhere near your door frame and/or owners manual for the tire sizes. Octopus 3rd Gear October 9, 2005 Share October 9, 2005 The last time (1 month ago) I've checked with Bridgestone Tyre Singapore, GR80 low profile series (i.e. size 195/50 R15) is coming in end of this year, and no pricing info yet. I'd doubt you can get any feedback on GR80 on that size cos its not available in Singapore yet.
