Sparcoray Clutched November 24, 2005 Share November 24, 2005 hi bro... tks for enlightening me. Agreed that Brembos are great but very very expensive. Which the price is out of the range..... For braking system, getting a 2nd hand stock 2-pot calliper from some performance car is another good option which is cheaper than the off-the-shelve 2-pot calliper. If operating on limited budget (as mentioned), changing the rubber hoses to steel-braided ones is another good options that eliminated the expansion of the brake hoses during hard-braking and the rubber hose have a risk for disintegrate after a period of usage due to wear and tear. Yes...changing the rotors to those slotted ones is a good options too and importantly if changing to performance brake pads, the lifespan of the rotors is shorter than using the stock brake pads. Drilling of the blingz is strongly not recommended and compromise the original structure of the blingz That's my personal options and limited knowledge... heehee 1. master brake pump cylinder (bigger capacity) 2. steel-braided hoses 3. ventilated & slotted rotors 4. performance brake pads 5. 2-pots calliper for NA and 2-pots & above for higher performance cars. That's my personal views of the upgraded braking system.... gonna to a hole in one's pocket. ↡ Advertisement
