Anyone bought or test driven the Getz 1.1 ?

Hows the pickup and FC ?

From wat i kn is that the 1.1 model only come with maunal vision and the pick up is nt bad and the FC is abt 12 liter to 15 liter after run in.

Getz 1.1 shares same engine as Picanto 1.1

Getz is 12-valve, confirm.

... unless your COE bid unsuccessful after 6 bids or 3mths... so meanwhile, you are stuck for 3mth if COE keeps moving up.

i got a 1.1 and baout a month old...pickup is good in my opinion..FC about 520+km on my second tank.. i drive safe and courteous

You'll do better after run-in. I'm getting 530-550km mostly on my 1.6M.

It nt tricky at all, for my client that going for the bidding 2day, Komoco was bidding on behalf of all customer at 11k to 12k. As i believe with that bidding amount all will ne able to secure on 2day bidding.

Hi,

I'm the usually passive forum reader who does not contribute replies. But after reading the posts, just wanna make a fair statement for Komoco. I bought my 1.1 Getz at $35.5k. In fact, after I paid the deposit to buy at $37.5k (with that 7k drop that is being mentioned here) with 4 bids non-guaranteed coe, my SE informed me at price dropped by another 2k and he could log me in on that price. And I got the COE on 18 Jan - 1st bid, and i'm due to collect the car next week, before CNY - should have been in feb, but so happened another customer did not want to collect his car till march, so my SE offered it to me first. Gimmicks? You decide. I feel that my SE and his team (he's the sales leader) have helped me make informed choices - not at all the pushy types.

Getz 1.1 at $35.5K is better value than Picanto 1.1 at $35K

 

Getz looks better too.
